This page describes exactly what this website collects, why, and who else sees it. It covers this website only. Ordering by phone, or through Facebook or Instagram, is covered by whatever those services do.

What we collect

Nothing is collected until you actually send something. You can browse the whole menu, build a plate and fill the cart without giving us anything.

If we run a loyalty scheme

When loyalty is switched on, we keep a count of how many orders your phone number has placed and what you have spent, so we can tell you when you have earned a reward. It is tied to your phone number and nothing else, and you can ask us to delete it at any time. Looking up your own count at checkout does not sign you up for anything.

What stays on your own device

Your cart is stored in your own browser and is never sent to us until you choose to send an order. Clearing your browser data removes it. It does not follow you to another phone or computer.

Who else sees it

Two other companies are involved, and only in the moment you use the feature that needs them.

• Google. When you type a delivery address, what you type is sent to Google Places so it can suggest real addresses. Google's privacy policy applies to that.
• Uber. When a delivery is priced, the collection address and your delivery address are sent to Uber Direct to get a quote and, once the kitchen confirms, to send a driver. Uber's privacy policy applies to that.

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, who process requests on our behalf.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
• There are no advertising trackers, no analytics pixels and no third-party cookies on this site.
• We do not text or email you marketing unless you have separately and clearly agreed to it. Ordering food is not agreeing to marketing.
• We do not ask for card details on this website.

Cookies

This site sets one cookie, and only for staff: a sign-in cookie for the kitchen's own menu tools. It is not used for tracking and ordinary customers never receive it. There is no advertising or analytics cookie, which is why you have not been asked to dismiss a cookie banner.

How long we keep it

Order and catering records are kept for up to two years as a record of the business's sales, then deleted. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.

Your rights in California

California residents can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to delete it, or to correct it. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front. Ask by phone or email using the details below and we will respond within the time the law allows. We will not treat you differently for asking.

Children

This site is for ordering food and is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If what we collect changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top is updated.
